Oysters, crawfish, peppers, garlic, rice, onions, tomatoes, hot sauce, okra, shrimp, crab, and garlic are bordered with the classic Cajun cooking phrase, "First, you make a roux." This glazed ceramic piece is large enough for serving a main course, a cake, or snacks for a large gathering.
