30-Day Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  

We do not perform exchanges.  Please return any unwanted items and place new orders for replacements.

Customers are responsible for arranging shipment back to our fulfillment center, including the payment of shipping charges.

What to do:

  • If you received any items that were damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact customer service for a resolution before sending anything back to us.  Photos of damaged or defective items are always helpful.

  • We only accept return of goods in new condition: unused, in original packaging and without any modification.
  • All sales are ALWAYS final on costumes, novelty hats, and other apparel items. (You don't want to buy a costume that somebody else wore & returned, do you?) We will, however, accept exchange requests for costumes if returned within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Package items in a secure box with sufficient cushioning to ensure they arrive to us in good condition.
  • Ship back to us with a trackable shipping method such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Consider insuring any high value package. All returns must be shipped. We have no public access.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges. USPS is generally cheaper for boxes under 5 lbs. UPS or FedEx may be cheaper for heavier packages.
  • Include a copy of your invoice with the items, highlighting the items you are returning.
  • The value of the merchandise you returned (your original purchase price excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original payment source within one week of receipt (usually on Friday).  Funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your payment account, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal purchases cannot be refunded to your account after 45 days. A store credit will be issued instead.

Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions.  This includes returns after 30 days, returns packaged in a way that did not prevent damage, and return of goods that were used or are not in their original unaltered packaging.  If we receive an unauthorized return, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to have it sent back.

At our discretion, we may offer to accept unauthorized returns which we consider to be resellable.  These returns would receive store credit and be subject to a 25% restocking fee

Reward Points, Store Credit

Credit will be issued to the original payment method(s) in the following order of priority:  rewards points balance, store credit, PayPal, credit cards.  In other words, if you used reward points or store credit to make a purchase, those will be refunded before any other accounts.
