The top clear plastic "runner" depicts instruments of jazz. Mardi Gras colored "Comedy-Tragedy Faces" and Jesters hang from the top runner throughout the length of the Sky-Scape. Each of the hanging metallic foil faces measures approximately 5" tall. Face decorations hang to about 20" from the top.
