These beads will show the world that you are ready to have a good time! HotBeads, which can be seen at night from a distance of three city blocks, incorporate light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The LEDs are housed within beads positioned around the bottom half of the necklace. Rendered in colored translucent plastic, these "hot" beads--think of them as mini strobe lights--are faceted to enhance the sparkling LEDs.

The circuitry, along with three replaceable watch batteries, is contained within a small, specially molded module that rests comfortably against the back of the neck. They have an on/off switch, and the replaceable batteries last for approximately 30 hours.
