Your image will be professionally pad printed directly onto the plastic disc with high-quality lead-free inks -- no stickers or transfers. One week turnaround time (printed & assembled in the USA). Your order will ship within one week of receipt of your suitable artwork file. The one-time setup fee includes cost of film, plates, minor artwork manipulation, and machine setup time. If additional time is required to prepare your artwork files there will be additional charges (see details below).

After selecting your bead, ink and disc colors be sure to add the appropriate quantity to your cart (Want 500 custom beads? Just add a quantity of 5 to your cart -- each unit is 100 necklaces). Also make sure to add the appropriate 1-color setup charge to your cart before checking out (click here). You only need one setup fee per artwork design, regardless of your order quantity. After payment you should submit digital artwork to info@mardigrasoutlet.com as a PSD, JPG, EPS, AI, TIF or BMP file. Artwork must be 300 dpi or greater at the target print size (about 2.25 inches in diameter). In general, images saved for use on websites will not be of high enough quality to print with.

We will provide a digital photograph of a printed sample for your approval. It must be approved or denied within 3 business hours. If you do not respond within the alloted time we will begin production of your custom beads. Please note that we will only send a digital sample once the product meets our high quality standards, so we don't anticipate ever having a sample denied. A physical sample is available for an additional $10 plus applicable shipping.. this is due to the extra time required to setup the machine and inks a second time.
