This inexpensive black straw cowboy hat has a beaded cord which can be used or tucked under the hat. One size fits all.
 
A durable metal wire is sewn inside the brim to enable rolling and shaping the hat.
This photo shows the front of the hat. A heavy duty cord wraps around the hat and hangs from the bottom. A tension bead allows you to adjust the length of the loop.
This photo shows the comfortable elastic banding inside the hat, and the exit points for the cord.
